Comprehensive medical coverage is available to employees and their qualified dependents. Kalypsys offers a choice of HMO or PPO with the flexibility of electing coverage from a variety of healthcare providers.
A comprehensive PPO dental plan is available for employees and their qualified dependents that offers coverage for preventative, basic and major services with orthodontia for children.
Employees and their qualified dependents may elect coverage for annual eye exams with a broad base of service providers plus discounts on lasik provided by plan network specialists.
Kalypsys provides qualified same-sex and opposite-sex partners the opportunity to elect medical, dental, vision and voluntary life insurance.
Employees can save federal, state and social security taxes on certain IRS-approved expenses that are not otherwise covered under the benefit programs. Participants set aside funds through payroll deductions to pay eligible out-of-pocket health and/or dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis during the year.
Kalypsys offers a 401k plan which provides employees the opportunity to save and invest for the future through pre-tax payroll deductions.
PTO accrual starting at 15 days per year for eligible employees accrues per pay period for a total accrual up to 30 days.
There are a total of six (6) paid holidays per year plus six (6) employee elected floating holidays.
Kalypsys provides an annual wellness benefit for approved expenses that further the employee's physical wellbeing (gym membership, fitness training or classes, etc).
Short-term disability generally provides 60% of pre-disability earnings for a maximum period of 12 weeks, commencing on the 8th day after disability. 100% employer paid.
Long-term Disability generally provides 66 2/3% of pre-disability earnings until the age of 65, commencing after the 90th day after disability. 100% employer paid.
Kalypsys provides basic life insurance and accidental death/dismemberment at no cost to employees. Voluntary life insurance and accidental death/dismemberment is also available for employees and their qualified dependents.
